DELIVERY & RETURNS

Payments

Clarified Detailing products are available to purchase through the website.

We accept payment via Paypal Selected Card Payments to ensure transactions are 100% safe.

UK Delivery

Standard delivery is £3.99 for UK orders. We use Royal Mail 48. Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days. We dispatch same day/next working day.

Next Day Delivery is £7.49 (excludes Northern Ireland & some Scottish postcodes). We use either Parcelforce, DPD Local or Royal Mail. Please order before 2pm for your order to go out the same day. Please note this is Next Working Day Delivery.

FREE SHIPPING – On all orders over £50 (sent by Parcelforce, DPD Local or Royal Mail. Local depending on weight/value of order)

Delivery to Europe

We are unable to ship to Europe. Please visit https://www.clarifieddetailing.co.uk/stockists to find your nearest distributor.

IMPORTANT: Damaged items or discrepancies with deliveries must be reported to us within 7 days or receipt. Otherwise, the order will be complete.

(a) The Company will use all reasonable endeavours to make delivery by the quoted or required date, but shall have no liability to the Buyer for any delay in delivery (unless time of delivery is expressly made essence of the contract in which event if delivery is late the Company will accept the return of the goods if unused and refund their purchase price paid but shall have no further liability).

(b) Where the Company agrees to deliver the Goods to the Buyer this shall be to the nearest point on a roadway suitable in the opinion of the driver for the vehicle used.

(c) In the event of a driver being requested to enter onto private property, the property owner shall accept responsibility and agree that the company will incur no liability in regard to any damage caused as a result.

(d) The Company reserves the right at any time prior to delivery of the Goods to adjust the price to take account of any increase in the cost of raw materials, freight, labour or services, war risk insurance rate, tax duty levy imposed on the Goods, currency fluctuations affecting the cost of imported materials, or any other change.

(e) The Company does not undertake to deliver or collect any load over roads or ground which it considers unsuitable and accepts no responsibility for damage to roads, driveways or paved areas, save where such damage is occasional by proved negligence of a Company servant. All necessary labour and equipment required to unload materials promptly shall be supplied by the Buyer and the responsibility of the Company’s drivers is limited to handling goods off the vehicle

(f) Delivery dates are estimates only and time of delivery is not of the essence of the contract.

(g) For the avoidance of doubt and without derogation from any other provision of these Terms the Company shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever whether direct or consequential (including the avoidance of doubt any liability to any third party) resulting from any delay of the Goods within a reasonable time whether such delay or failure is caused by the Company’s negligence or otherwise howsoever.

(h) The costs of any abortive delivery will be charged to the Buyer.

CANCEL ORDERS PRE PICKING/DELIVERY

To cancel any orders due for picking and/or pre delivery you must contact us immediately. Via email: sales@clarified-detailing.co.uk (DO NOT REPLY TO THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL) or Contact us on: 01752 751136.

Orders are picked and packed ready for delivery within in 1 hour of receiving orders.

RETURNS

Items no longer required:

In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations and/or you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product, we will only accept returns within 30 days after receipt.

All items must be unused and in their original packaging. Your return must also include all accessories supplied with the original product.

Returning your item without the completed form will result in a processing delay.

Please note: Please inform us before sending a product back, so we can provide you with an RMA number, ensuring a speedier process.

Faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items

If you have received the incorrect item or you received the item damaged please inform us within 24 hours of receipt using email to sales@powertoolsuperstore.co.uk.

Once Item is Returned it will be inspected for damages or Faults. After inspection and once we are satisfied there is a fault, we will either replace the item or arrange for a full refund* of the item.

(*Refund – excluding any postage and packaging charges that we have incurred when shipping, and/or collecting, providing the returned goods are complete with the original packaging and are in a resalable condition.).

Should your item become faulty within 30 days please follow the above procedure.

After 30 days, our tools come with a manufacturer’s warranty which ranges from 1 year to 2-3 years. Please see Manufacturer's Warranty pages for more info.

We advise to register all tools after purchase to benefit from upgraded warranty.

*Vacuums/Extractors – must be returned with the dust empty or removed. Failure to do so may result in your item being rejected and additional charges applied.
