Gyeon Q2 Rim EVO is an advanced Si02 quartz coating that offers high levels of repellency and durability, keeping wheels and other components protected for up to 18 months! Wheels can get very hot and as such Q2 Rim EVO is highly temperature-resistant (up to 800°C). This heat resistance means it can be used on other areas too such as brake calipers, and exhaust tips.
 
Q2 Rim EVO forms an ultra-hard and super hydrophobic layer, protecting your wheels from the harshest conditions. The highly repellent nature of the coating makes future cleaning much easier, with expected durability of up to 18 months or 45,000km.
 
What's new with Q2 Rim EVO?
Gyeon first refreshed its paintwork coating range under the EVO branding. This refresh saw a big emphasis on user-friendliness and the coatings improved tolerance to being applied outdoors. Not only this but improvements could be seen all over the scale such as increased durability, chemical resistance, and much more such as no longer requiring multiple layers applying.
 
Specifically with Q2 Rim EVO, there have been improvements as above with user-friendliness but also increased durability from 6-9 months to up to 18 months and increased temperature resistance from 350°C to 800°C!
